Tools on battery

Tools on battery are not totally strange us. In cooperation with Arcadis Belgium, we have developed a machine to carry out preparatory work to produce curves. Arcadis Belgium, completed in the mechanical aspect, VCA bvba was responsible for implementing the guidance.

The machine has three functions:

• Cleaning of landfills.
• Unroll the steel wire that are in the vault.
• Unroll and roll the cover sheet.

The set runs on 48VDC, using converters 24 Vdc is created for the control. To manage the whole, we opted to here for ET200 F-CPU. All readers are infinitely controlled by regulators. To give an example: the heaviest engine for the riding is 7.5 kW.
