The design and implementation of material handling systems is also within our scope of capabilities. Here are two levels of conveyors acting as a buffer or accumulation zone. On the front and the back of this construction there is a conveyor on a scissor lift which puts parts to the upper  belts. The conveyors are designed and assembled in house. Also the steering (programming) is completed by VCA bvba.

VCA is currently working on an installation at low voltage. These are some photos of a new installation we are doing in collaboration with a colleague. VCA bvba provides the distribution panel, each with a small PLC module that allows being remote controlled.
