A control box for the wood industry

We are also active in the timber industry. This unit aims to drive a bandsaw on 11kW, taking into account the various problems with security. We chose to drive the bandsaw with frequency control due to different types of wood, their different characteristics and also to prevent drafts. This allows the user to easily adjust the speed of the tape on the touch screen by a certain type of wood selection. To ensure safety, we used the multi PNOZ who will control the doors and turn speed. While the saw is running, the operator can not reach the danger zone. The emergency stops are monitored by PNOZ multi monitors. As an added bonus, using control frequency the band saw can faster cut the speed to ensure a quickly and safely stop.
